JamsWord Cryptic - A Starter Puzzle

Hey, so this is something a bit different. It’s my first-ever cryptic crossword!

If you aren’t sure how to do these, check out my handy zine over in THE ZINE ZONE (this puzzle is in there, but for continuity’s sake I wanted it in the JamsWord section too)!

For that zine, I created my very own cryptic crossword to go on the back. It’s not going in The Guardian just yet, but I’m really happy with it - any feedback would be more than welcome!

I’ve been getting so obsessed with the cryptic crossword world over the past year or so, and it’s super fun to put the clues together and try to reverse-engineer it all. I love it!
